Q.

sir my child is 3 year 8 month old. he speaks only some word papa ,mumma, bye etc doesn't speak according to age

A. it's late the .this shall need a evaluation and also if needed some tests shall be required so I would suggest you to see a doctor for this advise and can do as per . . .
