A. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application. they will persist for few weeks and then will go away if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensityx then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation. some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

A. hello most of the skin rashes look similar but the causes of it can be different and it would be better to maintain the hydration of the skin and use Mild n gentle skin care product like babyhug but if the rashes is more and spreading it would be better to check with your doctor and she can guide you accordingly
