sir my baby is 1and half month old and she not able to milkfeed properly and I think her tongue is getting a tongue tie is there a serious problem of tongue tie

A. please consult doctor for this as proper diagnosis and treatment suggestions could only be given only after clinical examination and knowing complete history .it becomes difficult to commex nt over here
