Q.

sir my baby is 19month old and he was fever from 2 of october i consult with dr. 2time now he had no fever but coughing continue and not taking food from 3days only breastfeed..its serious matter sir??? what i do for him ?

A. Cough usually occurs after fever. Talk to your pediatric about using Asthalin inhaler if baby cough a lot.

A. thank you sir fever almost cure sir not the big problem is he is not take any food a tea spoon and cough

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the firstjf line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
