Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and as you already evaluated then ask your doctor for food supplements and vitamins and also add eggs chicken cheese ragi porridge soaked nuts fresh fruits and vegetables and dairy products in diet along with home made food.

It should be three times of the birth weight or 10 kg whatever is on the higher side so this is definitely less I suggest you to include more of protein dairy products try to include egg every day if you eat because that’s a very very unhealthy source of protein for the child
