Q.

sir my baby is 1 month old. she is not passing stool since 2 days what shoud i do? please suggest any medicine.

A. Hello, your baby girl is 1 month old and she has not passed stool since last two days so don’t worry it’s very normal for her age just go on feeding

A. Stool pattern of small children changes from time to time. It can be more than 7 times per day also and sometimes the child will not pass stool for 10 days also. The most important thing is the consistency of the stool and if it is Semi solid to solid or semi liqcuid then there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as colour as well acs the smell of the stool Also straining and crying while passing urine and stool is very normal

A. Constipation is completely normal at this age which is why there is no medicine required to be given to the child so do not give any medicine as of now you can actually wait for 6 to 7 days if your child is still does not pass motion that you consult your doctorWrite Your Answer Here
