sir my baby have cows milk allergy sjr...insted tat wat can be given in her diet..pls suggest me

you can offer soy milk or soy based product.
offer food like ragi,nuts etc which are full of calcium.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
avoid giving RO water
maintain good hygiene
