Q.

Sir my baby girl aged about 1.5 months suffering from liver diseases (Progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis type 2) and her bilirubin level continue increases. Sir plz help for treatment.

In such a query it is important to get a proper assessment done which is possible only with clinical interaction so it will be better to visit your doctor /pediatrician for proper guidance regarding this. The treating doctor will advise you the proper investigation if required as well as prescribe appropriate treatment as per the requirement. A. Follow your paediatrician advise on same. Feeding more frequently will provide your baby with more milk and cause more bowel movements, increasing the amount of bilirubin eliminated in your baby's stool.
