sir my baby boy stool is so hard..how this will be soft??

A. the baby is 1 year 3 months of age if the stool of the baby is very hard to have to give adequate water for the baby to drink please you all seasonal fruits their very good source of fibre

A. Hello sir Less intake of water and fiber food is the reason for constipation. Increase the intake of water and fiber food like Papaya pear plum prunes carrot dalia etc in ur baby's diet to get relief from hard stool. Take care
