my son is 2 months old. and m noticing since yesterday that his stool is very hard... yesterday he passed soft stool after the hard one but today he passéd only small amount of very hard stool... can it be constipation? if yes please provide remedy.. also what is tummy time?

A. the baby is only two months after passing hard stool There is no need to use any medicines for constipation in babies below the age of 6 months a baby can go without passing stool even after 8 to 10 days also it is common in babies of this age
