sir my baby boy is 4yr and 3 month old...wo jaise hi ghr se bahr jata h ..jukham ho jata h..aankon me pani aata h..or fir vomit start ho jati hai...

A. Hi mom This is due to low immunity. Give chayawamprash to improve immunity. Include lemon, kiwi, coconut water, orange, amla etc rich in vitamin C to increase immunity. Give all that you cook for your family. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups.
