A. sir, I feel it is not soft issues, it is hard, when touching he starts to cry

A. may be a soft tissue swelling. if it is not increasing in size than there is no need to worry you can just wait and watch but if it is increasing as well as when you press it is causing pain to the child you will have to meet the doctor
