sir..meri beti 18 month ki h main use abhi solid food breastfeed hi krwari hu.. other milk nhi de rhi..use calcium ki kmi to ni hogi na.. other milk Dena mandatory h ky sir???

It is a misconception only that the solid and breastfeeding is going to live up to all the expectation or demand of calcium of the body so if there would be a deficiency any time the doctor would advise you with the supplement rest if you give healthy diet and breastfeeding as of now that should be enough
