sir meri beti 1 saal 1 mahine ki hai usko kal s fever hai 24 hr me 3,4 baar fever bhut ho jata hai. dr ne sumol aur swich100 diya hai. par dava nhi khati hai. fever hone par sar bhut jayeda gram ho jata hai. fever aane par 101 s 102.6 tak rahta hai. kya pani ka patti de sakte hai aur kya kar sakte hai pl help

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce feveryou should always consult doctor for proper medicine because it is only after clinical examination that proper treatbhment would be suggested and weight is important to decide dosage do not selfmedicate
