Hello..if you are breast feeding than cut dairy from diet... some babies are more sensitive to foods that others. try not too eat onions,broccoli, or any other foods that are spicy or give gas.
if you are giving formulamilk- switch from regular formula to soy... it may be a milk allergy.
 Do tummy Massage- pump her legs, rub her tummy, put pressure on it, or give her a warm bath.

but yes as your child is feeling discomfort or pain while passing stool  , please offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child.
give massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands.
move your child legs in cycling motions.
it will help to regularise bowlmovements.
