sir mere song garvit ke pimples ho rahe hai or itching ho rhi hai irritate hota hai usko garmi bhi bahut hai humidity

It Could possibly be due to hot weather only there is no other reason behind it I’m just going to advise you to start applying Cetaphil lotion on to that area where ever you are saying pimples this is going to settle down over the period otherwise if needed take on advice from a skin doctor as well
