To combat discomfort caused by gases in the babies you need to burp them properly post every feeding session, give few minutes of tummy time regularly to release out the gases. You can also give gastica drops or Himalaya bonnisan drops

A Little bit of vomiting and spitting is considered very normal at this age you don’t have to worry about it you just should be knowing that the feet should be only given to the child on demand that will help quite a lot in controlling vomiting issues for the child
