Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hey hey mommy the trick is to get her interested by increasing her appetite give her her favorite foods by including a healthy twist. if she likes pasta. make it in pumpkin sauce and add the Italian mix to it.
give juices if she does not like fruits.ttyl Also try and have dabba parties at home with other kids. they love to eat with kids around. once the lockdown is over.
also at the end of it if she is active there is nothing to worry. some are just genetically blessed to put on weight slowly. focus on starch rich foods like pasta rice, chicoo, banana mango etc
