Sir mera beta 4 year 3 month ka h wo physicaly and internally bahut weak h aur jaldi jaldi beemar hota h like cough and cold. uska weight 11 kg h and diet bhi normal h plz suggest food items jisse uska weight badh sake and immunity strong ho sake.Thank u.
