ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. weight can be around 10- 15 kg height 90- 110 cm is normal Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it give milk shake with dry fruit powder for weight gain get deworming done and give iron supplements

babies weight gain depends on their birth weight
usually they gain 250 to 500g per month
so if your child is having birth weight around 2kg ,it should be around 3.2 to 5 kg
