Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. I think you are asking about the anterior fontanelle. It usually closes between 7 to 18 months. For some babies, it may even take between 13 to 24 months. If you are worried, then you may consider getting the child examined by your doctor once.
