sir/madam If baby has fever 100 degree after vaccination, should medicine be given or not?

ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician2 years agoA. hello usually many vaccines cause fever after some time and then paracetamol drops can be given for the same and repeated after 6 hours if needed for fever or pain.
