always apply oil in the perianal area / diaper area which will help in decreasing the rash.
for normal rash you can apply coconut oil and if it is increasing then go for different rash cream which is available in the market like rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal.d
if there is erosion of the skin and some bleeding is present then add t-bact cream to the diaper rash cream.
if still not improving then meet your doctor.

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It might be due to teething in the baby. Please give homeopathic medicine BC21  to the baby. Also massage baby gums with clean cotton cloth. Please apply lacto calamine lotion on the affected areas. Also you can apply MamaEarth baby rash cream on it. Pleae use a good brand diaper like BabyHug diapers for the baby. Please give some diaper free time to the Baby between changing of diapers. Also change the diapers on regular basis. Thanks and take care
