sir m abhi last one month se phle day time then night time se Breast feeding ko km krte krte feed krvana bnd kiya h . abhi 3 din se bilkul breast feed bnd h so mujhe thora pain bhi feel hota h . please guide me what to do

A. sir pain is not much more its bearable ...but is time pr kya kya dhayn rkhu so that in future breast se related koi problem na ho .

A. you have to to do some cold fomentation over your breast if you are having pain but you should not let the breast get engorged because of milk you should visit your gan ecology first
