A. You can make gond laddoos at home by adding nut’s makhana and whole wheat flour into it as it helps to relieve back pain and avoid forward bending use a spine friendly mattress and never lift heavy objects abd use a back support belt

A. You should ask your doctor to help me with some basic exercises that you can do that’s going to help a relaxing this problem apart from that if you have too much of pain then you can ask your doctor to take a painkiller as well that’s also going to be helpful for you
