Look in general in any of these cases it’s always best to go for more of liquid so you can give buttermilk coconut water fresh juice fresh fruits you can give soup to the child you can give all kind of healthy liquids khichadi and porridge Upma all these things can be given in more of liquid forms that’s going to be much benefiting and helpful in eating and swallowing and will help in maintaining strength strength and energy energy in the body as well
