You should have proper consultation with your treating doctor , as some examination or investigations may be needful, so that proper medications can be given And the treatment can be done very properly.

For blood infection you have to go ahead with giving proper medication to the child of course of antibiotics would be required to be given to the child so kindly follow proper course of medication which ever is suggested by the doctor for the betterment of your child
