sir bacche ke immun badhane ke liye kuch batiye..baar baar use jukam ho jati hai or dust se alergy jaisa ho jata hai

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child .
vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this.
Multivitadmin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.
Give all trhe vaccination required.

Its An allergy only so you consult an allergy doctor for that because The doctor will help in first figure out as to what is your child allergy to and according to that only they can advise you with the right treatment and medicines that you should start with for the child
