Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the process of eruption of teeth in the baby is a physiological process there is no problem no vomiting no fever no loose motions in the baby because of teething . .

Sir Add this time when kid is having its teeth they can have a lose motion sometimes I can have severe vomiting loss of appetite fever these things are very common sense but it is not necessary that child is going to have them all sometimes kids do not have either of the symptoms
