sir:am I feeding mother. if I eat sweet .which cause cold our baby through mothers milk.

alondg with thatf cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

There are no food restrictions as such after delivery unless suggested otherwise by your doctor. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
