Q.

since offline school has been started 1st thing in morning my son says dnt want to go to school when I ask what happens he says Mummy ki yaad ati hai dnt know whats the issue now as he was happy to go to school last year thrice in a week ..also he stopped eating lunch in school an d in morning also he dnt eat or drink milk before leaving please suggest what should I do

A. Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
