Q.

since morning my daughter has fever and vomited breast milk. she is 10 months old. Would be ok to give paracetamol as of now?

A. If your baby is passing frequent loose watery stools or vomiting then it can be due to infection either bacterial infection or viral . so better to consult with the doctor meanwhile keep him well hydrated by giving ORS frequent times, zinc supplements and probiotics
