Q.
since few days I have noticed my baby is not sleeping well in night she wakes up and cries ,so I give her BM, while drinking she sleeps and again wakes up. this goes throughout night and early morning. I am worried as she is not able to sound sleep in night. I heard gripe water can be given. Pls suggest what should I do as I am also a working woman. pls help

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom you may now try to feed her a filling dinner and then last before sleeping your feed .. this way they will have a filling tummy also make sure he is burped well and their is no issue of bloating
