Should we let babies go on the floor or with mat .. I don’t understand how letting her crawl on floor makes her strong but everybody advises so I have started it since yesterday..please clarify

A. there is no problem and you can like the child play on the floor as well as at all other places in which the child is comfortable have to just make the area baby friendly
