should I take calcium tablets if I'm not breastfeeding?

A. hi yes you can take ,if it is prescribed by your gynecologist mam , you can take calcium rich food like nuts , dry fruits,milk and milk based products in your diet too. avoid drinking RO water take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day which is best for Vitamin D formation
