should I start giving milk with complan now for my 19 months old baby

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello you should avoid complan or any other supplement with milk till the child complete to your at least and after that also it is good to avoid it as it would contain added sugar which is not good for the growth of your child and you can instead add dry fruits powder which is more healthy
