NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello you can give any healthy food in the diet to improve the immunity which is absolutely not a problem but avoid pack food apart and supplements also unless it is prescribed by your doctor which would then we safe and give a well balance food to improve the immunity
