Should gutti made at home with breast milk, dates, dry fruits, etc. be given to newborn?

A. hello u should exclusively breastfeed the baby till the baby complete 6 months n do not give anything else till then n incase bm is not enough can give infant formula milk using a bpa free bottle like babyhug
