Q.

she is passing motion in green yellow colour and it smells and mucus also there the motion is waterey type

A. mucus stool is common in babies it persists reach the doctor u cn gv himalaya bonnison drops fr digestion... it helps in treating gas colic indigestion apply coconut oil on tummy area and gently massage in circular motion...
