I’d First like to know is your child really eating properly whatever you are giving or not that’s the biggest question and if your child is eating every thing properly yet if the weight is not increasing then I think there could be some nutritional deficiency issue that your child is having it would be good enough for you to one’s get it assessed with your doctor to have a clarity on the same
