Anjum MullaMom of 2 children5 months agoA. Provide her weight gaining home made food or fruits. As long as the baby is active and eating healthy don't worry.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy6 months agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainer and if the baby is active then weight is not a problem anr make sure to give a well balanced food in the diet n will help in the kids growth also
