Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. most of the time if the mouth is having bad smell it may be because of not maintaining a proper oral hygiene you should do proper brushing of the teeth and clean the tongue of the baby you can use kidodent toothpaste
