A. sir pain is still there after taking meftal spas...cna you suggest what can we do thsi time to relieve pain. she is crying

A. you can give this medicine three or four times maximum and also you can give paracetamol and antacids like a rantac to the child but kindly meet your doctor to find the cause of abdominal pain
