she is 10 years old,, and her root are very weak.. hair falling out a lot.. her weight is 30 kgs only

The weight of your child is completely alright but yes if the roots of the hair or weak then I would suggest you to consult a dermatologist a proper testing would be required and according to that they can help you with the treatment this is not going to get sorted without a treatment for the child
