She has got cold. Thandh lag gai hai. Having loss emotions and vomited thrice last night and complains of tummy ache. We have to travel today by train. What to do?

Entrogermina you can give a loose motions and I would recommend you before you start travelling please visit your Dr looking at the condition of the child I think it could be due to stomach infection as well so they can help you with medicine antibiotics if needed which is going to help and comfort your child so it would be easier for you to go through that journey that you are doing by the train train
