Q.
she gets cold,cough and fever very often during the weather change. she has a nose block and becomes cranky.has loss of appetite and doesn't eat anything.

Okay looking at with what you are mentioning currently seems like your child is definitely having some kind of an allergy and because of that allergy only the child is having this kind of a problem over and over so you should take an allergy test so that you can treat your child accordingly
