Q.

she complaints of buring and pain while passing stool.. also her anus has some yellow dry discharge outside... resembles of poop color..

A. Maybe your child is having some infection or some problem over there maybe it could be fisher or anything and also sometimes it can be seen due to constipation or due to worms also kids can face this kind of a problem so kindly consult your doctor for further assessment and start the treatment
