She always doesn’t having food…. Spontaneous nature of her habit is dying acceptance of food.

Anyhow kids this age are quite active and they don’t pay much attention to food as all the time their attention is for playing and exploring things around them .
So you may try out to make her meal time fun and interesting and try to present the food in different ways and forms to them
