Q.
Sharp Headache in half head from morning and when stand it suddenly feel a sharp lot of pain in side of the head and feel like dizziness. Use ointment also, but no use.

I suggest you please consult with your physician about this matter because physical examination is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
please keep your self well hydrated with more liquid diet
