A. Hello dear parent! A little plus or minus in weight is normal in the first one year after birth. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. For the first 6 months the baby should be either exclusively breastfed or formula fed only.
